Power of Suggestion - Seen during the first movie where he suggests the CIA man "get in the car", overriding his mental desire to learn more. ENTIRELY ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS REQUIRING PLAYER APPROVAL
Freezing - He's able to stop a person's body from moving, overriding their physical being. Seen multiple times during both X-Men First Class and X-Men Days of Future Past ACTIVE ONLY WITH NPCS
Transferring his consciousness into another body - Seen during X-Men Days of Future Past, he can "speak" to someone using someone else's physical body if he isn't near them. ACTIVE ONLY WITH NPCS
Erasing memories - He erases Moira's mind in First Class so that she doesn't remember anything. ACTIVE ONLY WITH NPCS

Is Charles able to read your character's mind?: Sure, but Artemis has been exposed to telepathy ever since joining the Team and I'm 99% positive that M'gann would have given her some tips about distracting anyone probing her surface thoughts.

Artemis is very, very, VERY protective of her secrets and unless Charles introduced himself as a mutant (telepathically, ofc) then Artemis would react quite violently to having her thoughts read. She's on a Team of superheroes too, and that's really not something she wants out in the open at the moment.

IF SO, is this something that would make them nervous or bother them, or is it something they'd shrug off? it would make him more than a little nervous, since mako is all about self control, and often he's unable to adequately express and understand his own feelings so having someone else rooting around in his thoughts — especially when he tries his best to keep himself in line and not slip up around strangers — would unnerve him a lot.

Is Charles able to use the power of suggestion towards your character? yeah! it should work on most things that mako isn't FIRMLY set on doing... which is just about anything involving his brother or korra. he has a strong enough will and focus to be able to lightningbend, even while being bloodbent, so it's likely he'd be able to throw it off under extreme duress.

Is Charles able to read your character's mind?: Yes! Arthur has 0 training in fighting or protecting against mind control, and canon show's he's pretty squishy when it comes to mind control/influence type things.

As far as Arthur's concerned it's BAD MAGIC and he's all about hating on that. He also has far more insecurity and emotions going on in his head than he really shows to most people so. :E

Zelos is someone that keeps a lot of things secret (Canon-related stuff, his powers, some of his personal thoughts) as well as many thoughts and feelings close to his chest. Whether or not he eases up about it or not depends on Charles's actions!

Is Charles able to read your character's mind?: Probably not. I would be okay with it, but it would be exceedingly difficult unless she decided to let him in (unlikely). She's an extremely powerful telepath herself and has some very strong mental blocks up. On the otherhand, psychic chattimes would be something she would enjoy, so telepathic conversations are a YES PLEASE, if we ever get them to meet.
IF NOT, is there a reason why that he would pick up on? Yes, see above. She makes no effort at all to hide her power, so it would probably be extremely noticeable to him. Massive psychic force, yay.

Not easily -- strong blocks, and if Felix noticed he'd probably try to retaliate. But if there's ever a reason to press on ahead anyway, I'm totally cool with it OOC! Charles is way stronger than Felix. And telepathy is always okay!

Felix is highly experienced at building mental defenses, and is shown in canon to use mental magic offensively. He doesn't try to hide it.

He would be spitting mad about anything other than telepathy -- which he'd be fine with, once he got past some initial irritation. Additionally, anyone who got successfully inside his head would have the potential to disrupt some old magical/psychic scars if they weren't careful. Oops.

IF SO, is this something that would make them nervous or bother them, or is it something they'd shrug off? That would make him really uncomfortable if he knew it was happening. (Dragon - see below - isn't likely to mention it unless he's shutting Charles out, though.)
IF NOT, is there a reason why that he would pick up on? Haruto hosts a despair monster named 'Dragon' in his head, and Dragon will shut down any attempts to deeply read Haruto's mind. Surface thoughts are fine, though! If Charles attempts to engage Dragon in conversation, Dragon will talk back. If they get too involved Haruto - who's in tune with Dragon getting 'active' - will notice something's going on.
