Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Anything that's going to heal within two weeks - scrapes, cuts, burns, bruises - is fine without asking. Anything further than that will require permission on a case-by-case basis, but most likely I'll say yes.

Charles is a telepath. He has the following abilities.
Telepathy - Meaning that he's able to read someone's mind. He's also able to have a conversation with someone mentally if he chooses. Seen multiple times during all X-Men movies. ACTIVE ON PERMISSION
Creating an illusion – Seen on one occasion in the first movie where he was able to mask everyone in the back of an army vehicle from being seen by multiple men. ACTIVE ON PERMISSION
Power of Suggestion - Seen during the first movie where he suggests the CIA man "get in the car", overriding his mental desire to learn more. ENTIRELY ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS REQUIRING PLAYER APPROVAL
Freezing - He's able to stop a person's body from moving, overriding their physical being. Seen multiple times during both X-Men First Class and X-Men Days of Future Past ACTIVE ONLY WITH NPCS
Transferring his consciousness into another body - Seen during X-Men Days of Future Past, he can "speak" to someone using someone else's physical body if he isn't near them. ACTIVE ONLY WITH NPCS
Erasing memories - He erases Moira's mind in First Class so that she doesn't remember anything. ACTIVE ONLY WITH NPCS
In order to make certain it is okay for Charles to read your character's mind, please fill out the permissions slip. It's also fine if your tags include thoughts, what Charles may or may not be able to pick up on - but without this quick permissions slip nothing will be done and nothing will be said out loud. Many of these are muted in Eachdraidh, and most of them are contingent only from the mun having explicit permission for Charles to be able to do these with your character.

IF SO, is this something that would make them nervous or bother them, or is it something they'd shrug off? It would bother her and she might try to push whatever he'd be looking for back or think around it - if he was to persist on anything, though, if she wasn't thinking anything remotely sensitive, she'd bluster on through with it after the first try to dodge.
IF NOT, is there a reason why that he would pick up on? N/A
Is Charles able to use the power of suggestion towards your character? She'd put up a fight if she had any reason to suspect anything was off - but OOCly, absolutely!

IF SO, is this something that would make them nervous or bother them, or is it something they'd shrug off? It would have him extremely unsettled, given his experience with supernatural effects on the mind - he wouldn't fight it, though, if there was reasonable trust.

Is Charles able to use the power of suggestion towards your character? As with Alexia, it'd bother him if he knew it was going on and he would very actively resist doing anything he just plain wouldn't, but overall a yes!

Again, I doubt power of suggestion is one he'll use very often unless he's uncomfortable with the subject at hand or if he needs to stop them from hurting someone. I'm excited though. :)
